Conditions for Door Products Sales

All prices are FOB Riverside, CA. All see-through frames, louvers, edges, and astragals may be combined to qualify for a quantity discount. All applicable taxes will be added to the invoice unless a resale permit card is on file with our accounting office. 

Our terms are net 30 for accounts that have a “Current Account” status with L & L Louvers.

Truck shipments will be made freight collect unless other arrangements have been agreed on at the time of order. We will attempt to honor shipping instructions, but reserve the right to use our best judgment when determining the method of shipment. UPS shipments will be shipped prepaid with freight charges added to your invoice. 

All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of shipment. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective product at our discretion. No claim shall be allowed unless the buyer gives written notice to the seller within 30 days from receipt of materials by the buyer and the seller agrees to the claim. 

No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior authorization. We will not accept for credit any items of special order, special sizes, or types of products. This includes all architectural wall louvers. On items that are accepted for credits, a charge will be assessed to cover the cost of handling and any rework that may be required. The restocking charge will be based on the conditions of the material and the original price. 

We strive to ship in a timely manner. However, we shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or fulfillment of an order caused by factory labor conditions, fire, or other acts of nature, or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the seller. 

All wall louver products are quoted per job.
